MyChart App

Access your MyChart account on-the-go from the convenience of the MyChart Mobile App. This mobile application is available for download from either the Apple iTunes store for Apple Devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices. The app is also available at no cost to you. For Apple users, you can even connect this application to your Apple Watch. Keep in mind, though, that this mobile application will only be beneficial to you if you have already created your MyChart account via your healthcare provider’s MyChart website or login page.

There are many different things that you can do by accessing the information on your health chart. After logging in you will be able to:

  • Review your test results
  • View your list of medications with helpful information such as the dosage information
  • Take a look at your immunization history
  • Communicate with your doctor
  • Manage your appointments and label them with categories for easy organization. The app itself organizes you appointments by upcoming and past.
  • Upload and update your health data in your medical chart
  • Enroll in self-tracking programs
  • View your bill payment history
  • Pay your medical bills in the health system app
  • Access your family’s health information if you have proxy access

If you are viewing the iTunes download page, you will be able to see links that will direct you to the Epic website and to MyChart Support. These will be located under the item description. You can view screenshots of MyChart Mobile to help you get an idea of what to expect from it after you have downloaded it. You can also read reviews from people who already have it to see what they have to say about the pros and cons of it.

If you are viewing the Android/Google Play Store download page, you can check to see if the application is compatible with all of your devices. You can also view screenshots that will give you an inside look at what you can accomplish by logging into the app with your MyChart username and password.

Remember that you will need to create your account beforehand so that you can log into the application after downloading it. You will not be able to create your account through the program so be sure to visit your health provider’s mychart page. On this page you will be able to find two buttons that will take you to the appropriate download page for your device.
