If you do not yet have your My Chart TGH account set up, you can do so with the aid of the two buttons available under the subheading “New User?”. The two buttons are labeled “I Have an Access Code” and “I Do Not Have an Access Code”. An activation or access code is essential for creating your TGH My Chart account, so if you have not already received one, follow the directions on the page that pops up when you click “I Do Not Have an Access Code”.
