Logging into your MyChartHopkinsMedicine account 
If you already have a My Chart Hopkins Medicine account, you can log in using your own personal login information. This includes your Hopkins Medicine My Chart User ID and password combination. The ID and password that you enter must match the ones on record. After you log in you can access several features that will make managing your health easier. These features include:
- Manage your appointments – request to schedule an appointment or view your past appointment details
- Access your medical test results – no need to wait for a phone call or letter in the mail to learn your test results
- Get in touch with your doctor’s office – ask questions from the comfort of your own home
- Request your prescriptions to be renewed – send a request to have your personal prescriptions renewed without having to make an appointment
Managing your HopkinsMedicine MyChart account just got even easier! You can now access your MyChart account with the John Hopkins Medical Center or University Hospital on the go with the MyChart mobile app. All you have to do is download the app to your smartphone or other smart device. The app is free and you can get a quick link to download it from the login page.
If you do not yet have an account and would like to create one, you can certainly do so, using the appropriate button on the login page. Notice that you will need an activation code in order to get started with the sign-up process. This code should have already been provided for you by your healthcare team.
