By sending in requests for your prescribed medications to be refilled, you will be able to significantly decrease the amount of visits that you will have to make to your physician’s office, making managing your health care more convenient than ever.

Logging Into Your MyChartAH Account
Refilling your prescription medications online is not the only thing that you will be able do once you log into your MyChart account. You will also be able to access other health managing features such as communicating with your care team and managing your appointments. However, in order to access these features you will need to log into your account. In order to do this you will need to provide your MyChart AH username and password.
If you have forgotten your AH My Chart username you can use the link titled “Forgot Adventist Health MyChart Username?” To help recover this information. Activating this link will redirect you to a new page that will ask you to fill out some important information to verify your identity such as your full name, date of birth, social security number and zipcode. Once you have filled in this information and submitted it you will be able to continue on to recovering your information.
