You can customize your experience with your MyMetro account. With quick access to MyChart you will be able to get details on conditions and different topics that interest you. MyMetro allows users to save all of their important  information to one place and be in better control of their health.

To log into your personal MyChart Metro Health account, all you need to do is enter your MyChart User ID as well as your password into the indicated fields on the login page. If you have forgotten your MyChart ID you can use the “Forgot MyChart ID?” Link to get help restoring it. Using this link will redirect you to a new page that will help you to recover your MyChart ID. First of all, you will need to verify your personal health and medical records. This includes your:
